Pork tenderloin

I made this recently – the ingredients for the sauce
 

  • 2 tsp honey 
  • 2 tsp soy sauce  
  • 1 tsp ginger 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 
  • 4 cloves of garlic 
  • 1tsp vegetable oil 

 
Cut the garlic into little bits, mix everything together in a small bowl – I cut the tenderloin in half and put 70% of the mix into a plastic bag with the meat – left that for about an hour then took it out, cut the meat into 1cm slices then dipped it in a bowl with the remainining mix. I then fried it. I served it with potatoes.
 
Job done.
